Application successful \u2013 we are delighted that EU funding for DAISEC as a European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) has been extended for another three years.<\/strong> With this, we will be able to work with our partners in the DAISEC consortium from January 2026 onwards to further promote the use of AI applications and digital security in SMEs and public institutions in Lower Saxony \u2013 and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This extension is a clear sign of confidence in our work and our vision of sustainably strengthening digitalisation in our region. A big thank you to everyone involved for their commitment and successful cooperation over the past years and for submitting the funding application. We look forward with confidence to the coming years full of ideas, innovations and impact!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alignment of the EDIH remains unchanged<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

Since January 01, 2023, DAISEC is officially a European Digital Innovation Hub<\/strong> (EDIH)<\/a> and is supported by the EU as part of the programme Digital Europe program<\/a> with 50% funding. The other half of the funding comes from national co-financing. As an EDIH, DAISEC particularly supports SMEs and the public sector in implementing AI technologies and cyber security measures in their operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main focus of DAISEC continues to be on Lower Saxony-based companies in the skilled trades and manufacturing sectors, as well as public sector institutions, which are supported in their projects by the hub's holistic approach, from the initial needs analysis to implementation. To this end, the DAISEC team of experts works closely with each other and with the Partners of the DAISEC consortium<\/a> Together. All stakeholders in DAISEC want to support companies in their sustainable and innovative development in order to strengthen the regional economy in the long term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
