Six months of AI workshop in Hanover - a complete success! Together with the Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Handwerk and e-masters we have made three electrical and HVAC companies fit for the use of generative AI.
In three interdisciplinary working groups, we worked with the companies on the following future topics:
- Automated procurement of revision documents after the end of the project
- Innovative bathroom planning through artificial intelligence
- Proactive customer communication through an intelligent dialogue system
After jointly identifying the topics, we defined our goals and drew up time and action plans for implementing the topics in the companies. The results show how AI makes time-consuming routine work easier, speeds up internal processes and sustainably improves customer communication.
Many thanks go to our core partner HPI, who provided technical and organisational support for the AI workshop, as well as to all the participating trade businesses for their dedicated cooperation. We look forward to seeing the solutions developed in practical application and driving forward further innovation projects in the SME sector.
