To help you get started, we are now providing a new information page on the AI Regulation , featuring details of the practical compliance checklist produced by the European Commission’s AI Office. The checklist helps organisations to review their use of AI in a structured manner, identify the relevant requirements of the AI Regulation and determine the initial measures that need to be taken.

Many organisations are already using AI applications such as text, image or chatbots without being fully aware of the legal requirements involved. The checklist provides accessible guidance and helps to identify compliance gaps at an early stage and take appropriate action.
