Representatives of ODAV AG and experts from DAISEC and our core partner Heinz-Piest-Institut für Handwerkstechnik have agreed to collaborate on the digitalization of administrative processes in chambers of crafts and trades in the future. A chatbot developed at DAISEC will be used for this purpose.

DAISEC demonstrated how digital technologies can support the skilled trades at the Braunschweig-Lüneburg-Stade Chamber of Skilled Crafts' conference. The focus was on AI, cybersecurity and 3D printing as well as general issues relating to the digitalization of skilled trades companies.
In the sixth and final module of the DAISEC qualification programme for digitalization managers, DAISEC expert Dr. Oliver Wiese provided information on the IT threat situation for SMEs and the skilled trades and derived suitable strategies for the participating company representatives.
