Cybersecurity is becoming increasingly important in the ongoing digitalization process, as companies and public institutions are often the target of automated hacker attacks. Such attacks pose a major threat, especially for SMEs and start-ups with a low budget for IT experts.
In order to further increase the focus on IT security and continue to support small and medium-sized enterprises, we have joined forces with the European Digital Innovation Hubs EDIH Saxony, EDIH AICS and EDIH.SH , we have launched the new event format "Meetup Cybersecurity". In these half-hour online sessions every other Wednesday, our cybersecurity experts talk to interested companies about basic knowledge, measures and options so that they can best protect their company against cyberattacks. We are very pleased to not only create a supra-regional offer for SMEs and start-ups through this initiative, but also to strengthen the German network of European Digital Innovation Hubs with our partners from Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein and Baden-Württemberg.
