In cooperation with the Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Hannover, DAISEC held a workshop with the team from Willenbrock Fahrzeugbau GmbH. The aim of the workshop was to introduce Willenbrock Fahrzeugbau GmBH to artificial intelligence (AI) and digital solutions for its business and production processes and to integrate them in a targeted manner. The Zentralverband Karosserie- und Fahrzeugtechnik (ZKF) took the initiative to network the Mittelstand-Digital-Zentrum and DAISEC with Willenbrock Fahrzeug GmBH.
At the beginning of the workshop, the experts from DAISEC and the Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum worked with the Willenbrock team to gain an overview of the company's current challenges and potential as part of an analysis. The analysis included an examination of existing business and production processes in order to identify specific potential applications for AI. Specific requirements and initial sub-projects were then defined based on the findings of the analysis.
“Our goal is not only to make vehicle production processes more efficient, but also to make them future-proof,” explained Hajo Willenbrock, Managing Director of Willenbrock Fahrzeugbau GmbH. “The approaches developed in the workshop provide a solid basis for this.”
In the next phase, the Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum and DAISEC will develop a prototype that implements the approaches developed in the workshop in practice.
The Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Hannover and DAISEC are delighted about this cooperation and look forward to supporting companies in the integration of state-of-the-art technologies in the future.
