Simon has been working at the Institute for Vocational Education and Adult Education at Leibniz University Hannover since 2019. As a social and educational scientist, he focuses on the intersections of technology, ethics and digitalisation. At the Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Hannover, he supported companies in the areas of ethics and technology assessment. He brings this experience to DAISEC in the didactic design of training courses, seminars and online learning formats.
‘In this project, I help to shape knowledge transfer in such a way that companies receive tailored offers from us. In addition, I contribute my expertise to provide tools that support companies in using AI responsibly.’
